In ring games you earn points based on your level of play. For example in ring games of $.50/$1 you earn 1 point for every 5 raked hands, at $1/$2 you earn 1 point for every 2 hands and you earn 1 point for every hand at $2/$4. At $4/$8 and above you earn 2 points for every raked hand played.
